Tai Chi at 10

To stay connected and provide a FREE resource for you to help stay active, maintain strength and mobility whilst you are at home I am aiming to upload a FREE new session every morning at 10am (UK TIME) called ‘TAI CHI AT 10’. This session will be a warm up, exercises for strength, stretch, balance and relaxation using our Tai Chi stances and movements and QiGong exercises, much like what we cover in my classes.
