Tai Chi for Health part 3

In light of the continuing health crisis, Christine’s in-person classes at the BodyZone have been cancelled until further notice. Here’s the GOOD NEWS — free Tai Chi for Health and TaijiFit classes will be available online during this time! Everyone is welcome to join this enjoyable, low-impact, uplifting Tai Chi and Qigong exercise from the comfort of home. 

Zoom is the site for these free classes, the link is https://us04web.zoom.us/j/5081891446 You may also go to  https://zoom.us/ at the top right corner, click “join a meeting” and enter 508-189-1446 for Christine’s classes. For those wanting to maintain privacy, you may join these classes with or without video so don’t hesitate to come as you are, wherever you are.  Add the app to your digital device at no cost for ease of use or go to their website and join from your computer.

Saturday – 9 am TaijiFit*  Tai Chi for Veterans (Zoom # 214-960-154)

Special Qigong will be incorporated into each class to help boost health and well-being along with Q&A time at the beginning and end of each workout.

*New to Tai Chi?  Christine recommends starting with either Tai Chi for Health Part 1 or any TaijiFit class.
