Tao Yin ~ also known as Taoist Yoga is a form of energy enlivening exercise develops flexibility, strength, resiliency and suppleness of the spine. It improves elasticity of the tendons and psoas, which offers a new command of movement  – one that embodies ease and a renewed sense of vigour.

Facilitated by Máire Ní G  – Certified Universal Healing Tao Instructor. Máire has trained directly with Grandmaster Mantak Chia and organises his workshops here in Ireland.


What do I need to join online classes?

We use Zoom to run our online classes – you will need to download Zoom to your desktop or mobile device. You will be sent the link to join the class when you buy your ticket below. You will need  internet connection and you can choose to join with your camera on or off.  There will be time for Q & A’s during the class and feedback given to participants. Microphones will be muted so that everyone in the group doesn’t hear any background noise in your home! Just unmute to contribute. I’ll be there a few mins before class to help you settle in if you’re new to Zoom.


How much are the classes?

There is a tiered pricing system. Choose which suits you best in this moment.

€12 | €6 | Free if you can’t afford it.


As a general guide for payment in these uncertain times: 

€12 if your income hasn’t changed or you can afford it

€6 if you’ve had some loss of income/student/65+

Free if you’ve had a complete loss of income or you can’t afford to pay
