My Qi Gong birth story

I already talked about how I practiced Taijiquan and Qi Gong during my pregnancies. You might want to read that post first, because it will help you to understand my Qi Gong birth story:  My story about practicing Qi Gong and Taijiquan during pregnancy. 

First of all, I would like to tell you that my Qi Gong birth story is a natural birth story. And both my kids were born in a hospital. I will not go into bloddy details about the pain and everything, I will just share how I benefited from my Taijiquan and Qi Gong experience during those two natural births.

Coping with Virtual Reality: why Taijiquan can be one of the best methods

Recently I’ve seen a picture about how we could be like in Virtual Reality, and I cannot get that picture out of my head. I wondered how I could prepare myself and my family (especially my two young kids) for this new technology. How we could prepare for coping with Virtual Reality.

The evening my body cried: NO MORE HIGH HEELS!

Last week I went to a Cello & Piano concert. I dressed up and I had just bought some new shoes with 7cm heels (app. 2.7inches). I have to admit that I haven’t worn such shoes for a couple of years. I mean, I work from home and spend a lot of time on the bike or with my kids at the playground.

But somehow I thought, I want to get into high heels again. Because I really enjoyed wearing them before I had kids! I thought this concert was the perfect moment to put on my new high heels.

And then – my body clearly told me that it wants no more high heels. This is what happened:
